A bit about the role & team | the opportunity: 
As CaseWare continues to evolve in the Software as a Service workspace we are looking for people who can help us on this journey. The TechnologyAnalyst, Service Delivery will be a part of the Service Delivery team which is responsible for conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis to support decision making, acting as Scrum Master, and support Release Management coordination when is required. 
You will be part of a team that is committed to developing and delivering an incredible cloud-based client experience. Our customers are the amazing global CPAs, CAs, auditors, and governments who rely on CaseWare to provide them with a Cloud platform that lives up to the standards of quality and innovation that are synonymous with the CaseWare brand. This means as a member of Service Delivery, you will have the opportunity to contribute to support customer success at CaseWare. 

Highlights of your responsibilities:
As a member of the Service Delivery team, you will perform a variety of tasks in different areas, including but not limited to:
Working as Technology Analyst:  - Work with internal and external stakeholders to build,  maintain, and automate reports and metrics generated in tools such as Data Studio, Jira, etc  - Gather metrics across multiple products and help improve the reporting/gathering processes associated with them - Work with Manager to develop performance indicators to continually improve the analytical support
Acting as a Scrum Master on the Service Delivery team:  - Helping service delivery team to apply the Scrum framework and continue to improve the team framework - Facilitate scrum ceremonies and coordinate backlog generation  - Support team to monitor sprint performance 
Acting as Release Coordinator: - Schedule and communicate server maintenance activities. - Coordination across multiple teams to gather key information related to deployment events. 
You will be exposed to: - Agile project management (Scrum & Kanban) and analytical reporting. - Day to day operations in a growing SaaS organization. - AWS Cloud services and related fundamental terminology and functionality. - Learning enterprise tools (i.e. Jira, Confluence, Google Suites, etc…) - Project Management, Release Management, and Incident Management practices and theories. - Communicating across technical, product, and management elements of a company.
We are looking for someone who: Working towards a degree in a business/commerce program with a strong interest in business analysis, scrum methodology, and the software industry. 
Desirable Skills and Experience:   - Proficient in Google Suite especially Data Studio - Impressive verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work under pressure, multi-task, and meet deadlines - Ability to accurately capture and report information discussed in a meeting setting - Strong time management and organizational skills - Willingness to learn, adapt and improve processes and procedures -Exposure to or familiarity with SaaS environments, AWS Cloud Computing services, and Agile project management  - Proficient in programming, bash shell, git, AWS, Kubernetes, scripting Apply today and begin your co-op adventure with us!
